Engagement<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le surveillant s\u2019engage, pour une p\u00e9riode de six mois, \u00e0 ne pas donner d&rsquo;instructions, de conseils, de directives ou d&rsquo;aide aux candidats pour les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 un examen PECB au moyen d&rsquo;un s\u00e9minaire, d&rsquo;un groupe d&rsquo;\u00e9tude, d&rsquo;une session de formation ou des supports de cours. Le surveillant ne peut pas non plus se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 un examen PECB pendant une p\u00e9riode de six mois.<\/p><p>En outre, un candidat au poste de surveillant qui a pass\u00e9 un examen PECB au cours des six derniers mois ne peut pas devenir surveillant. La m\u00eame r\u00e8gle s&rsquo;applique aux formateurs certifi\u00e9s PECB, qui ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 participer de quelque mani\u00e8re que ce soit \u00e0 la session d&rsquo;examen.<\/p><p>Le surveillant s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 ne pas surveiller un candidat ayant un lien de parent\u00e9 avec lui, un ami ou un coll\u00e8gue direct (superviseur d&rsquo;un candidat ou supervis\u00e9 par un candidat).<\/p><p>Fournir de fausses preuves et faire sciemment une fausse d\u00e9claration afin de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des services de PECB constitue une infraction au code d&rsquo;\u00e9thique de PECB.\u00a0 En cons\u00e9quence de cette infraction, les mesures suivantes peuvent \u00eatre prises : suspension, r\u00e9siliation, r\u00e9vocation\/invalidation du certificat.\u00a0<\/p><p>Tous les examens PECB sont strictement confidentiels. Les surveillants ne doivent pas divulguer, reproduire ou partager tout contenu d\u2019examen. Toute violation de la confidentialit\u00e9 est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une infraction grave et peut entra\u00eener l\u2019invalidation des r\u00e9sultats et la r\u00e9vocation des titres de comp\u00e9tence.<\/p><h2><strong>\u00a02. Signature<\/strong><\/h2><p>Je m\u2019engage, en tant que candidat au poste de surveillant du Programme de certification de PECB, \u00e0 respecter les r\u00e8gles et les directives \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans le Guide du surveillant.
