I have transformed the IT Department to a business enabler that supported the growth of the business over the previous years and provided the required visibility, real-time reporting, governance and control. I managed to define policies and procedures and managed the IT Team and budgets in the best agile ways to be aligned with business. I laid down the IT strategies to improve business efficiency and managed all the IT personnel globally.
