Program Description

The PECB University Graduate Certificate in Quality Management prepares candidates with the required expertise to conduct advanced research into a variety of quality management issues, and to elaborate realistic recommendations for improving the quality management and the overall processes of an organization.

Candidates are introduced to fundamental principles of quality management, tools and techniques for performance improvement, and methods for sustaining organizational effectiveness. The coursework offered through this program is designed to improve candidates’ ability to analyze organizational challenges from various perspectives while taking into account existing data, workflow, and job specific operations.

Graduates of the program learn how to develop practical quality management programs and to utilize the right people, processes and technology, in order to yield an effective management of operations. Graduates grow into quality experts able to contribute to the provision of high quality systems or the production of high quality products.
