  • The “PECB Certified Outsourcing Manager” exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Programme (ECP). The exam covers the following competency domains:

    Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts in Outsourcing Management

    Domain 2: Outsourcing best practices based on industry standards

    Domain 3: Designing and developing an outsourcing governance framework

    Domain 4: Procurement lifecycle for Outsourcing (initiation to closure)

  • After successfully completing the exam, you can apply for the credentials shown on the table below. You will receive a certificate once you comply with all the requirements related to the selected credential.     The requirements for PECB Manager Certifications are:

    To be considered valid, these outsourcing activities should follow best management practices and include the following:

    1. Drafting an outsourcing plan
    2. Managing an outsourcing project
    3. Performing a risk assessment related to outsourcing
    4. Negotiating and establishing agreements
    5. Managing procurement lifecycle
    6. Managing suppliers
    7. Managing and resolving outsourcing issues
    8. Defining a contextual model of outsourcing
    9. Selecting an outsourcing life cycle model
    10. Planning the processes of outsourcing governance 
    11. Developing initial business case(s) for outsourcing 
    12. Managing the agreement and continuation or end of agreement preparation
    • Certification and examination fees are included in the price of the training course
    • Training material containing over 350 pages of information and practical examples will be distributed 
    • An attestation of course completion worth 21 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits will be issued to the participants who have attended the training course.
    • In case of exam failure, you can retake the exam within 12 months for free
