Engagement<\/h2><p>Die Aufsichtsperson erkl\u00e4rt sich damit einverstanden, f\u00fcr einen Zeitraum von sechs Monaten die Kandidaten nicht anzuleiten, zu beraten, anzuweisen oder ihnen bei der Vorbereitung auf eine PECB-Pr\u00fcfung mit Seminaren, Studiengruppen, Trainingskursen oder Trainingskursmaterialien zu helfen. Die Aufsichtsperson darf ebenfalls f\u00fcr einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten keine PECB-Pr\u00fcfung ablegen.<\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann ein Bewerber f\u00fcr die Position der Aufsichtsperson, der innerhalb der letzten sechs Monate eine PECB-Pr\u00fcfung abgelegt hat, nicht als Aufsichtsperson t\u00e4tig werden. Die gleiche Regel gilt f\u00fcr die PECB-zertifizierten Trainer, die in keiner Weise an der Pr\u00fcfungssitzung teilnehmen d\u00fcrfen.<\/p><p>Die Aufsichtsperson verpflichtet sich, keine Kandidaten aus der Familie, Freunde oder direkte Mitarbeiter (Vorgesetzte eines Kandidaten oder von einem Kandidaten beaufsichtigte Personen) zu beaufsichtigen.<\/p><p>Die Vorlage falscher Beweise und die bewusste Abgabe falscher Erkl\u00e4rungen, um von den Dienstleistungen der PECB zu profitieren, stellen einen Versto\u00df gegen den Ethikkodex der PECB dar.\u00a0 Als Folge dieses Versto\u00dfes k\u00f6nnen folgende Ma\u00dfnahmen ergriffen werden: Suspendierung, K\u00fcndigung, Entzug\/Ung\u00fcltigerkl\u00e4rung des Zertifikats.<\/p><p>Alle PECB-Pr\u00fcfungen sind streng vertraulich. Aufsichtspersonen d\u00fcrfen keine Pr\u00fcfungsinhalte offenlegen, reproduzieren oder weitergeben. Jede Verletzung der Vertraulichkeit wird als schwerwiegender Versto\u00df angesehen und kann zur Ung\u00fcltigkeit der Ergebnisse und zum Entzug von Qualifikationsnachweisen f\u00fchren.<\/p><h2>\u00a02. Unterschrift<\/h2><p>Als Bewerber f\u00fcr die Position der Aufsichtsperson des PECB-Zertifizierungsprogramms verpflichte ich mich, die im Leitfaden f\u00fcr Aufsichtspersonen aufgef\u00fchrten Regeln und Richtlinien einzuhalten.
