This training enables you to learn the basic elements to implement and manage a Quality Management System (QMS) as specified in ISO 9001. You will be able to understand the different modules of a QMS, including QMS policy, procedures, performance measurements, management commitment, internal audit, management review, and continual improvement. With the self-study delivery mode, this course is offered on an on-going basis, and is perfectly suited for participants who have limited time to attend training sessions. You have the flexibility to choose the dates that you would like to do the course, learn at your own pace/time, and take the exam when it is convenient for you. You will have 24/7 access to the training course materials, information & practical examples, along with files in an editable format (case study & exercises with correction key files).
