John has turned his 30-year global Director-level leadership responsibilities at Procter & Gamble into expertise in leadership, innovation, strategy, and organizational culture. His extensive P&G experience has included on-the-ground working experience in Cincinnati, U.S.A., Kobe, Japan, and Site Leadership of P&G’s pivotal Brussels Innovation Center. He now teaches, speaks, inspires, and advises broader audiences, living his purpose of passion for innovation, fascination with leadership, and the power of connecting.
John is a Professor of Management Practice, teaching at Solvay Brussels School for Economics and Management. He is also the Director of The Conference Board’s (New York) Innovation & Digital Transformation Institute and leads its Innovation Council bringing together senior innovation executives from over 25 renowned multinationals to jointly develop cutting-edge innovation competence.
John is fully Board-Certified and serves on a number of supervisory and advisory boards. By education he is a Chemical Engineer from Delft University of Technology.
